Vacations

Our most recent vacation was to Cape Cod.  The picture on my homepage of the whale breeching was taken by Craig on a whale watch off the cape near Provincetown.  This whale breeched at least 10 times and also put on a display of laying on his side and flapping his huge flipper.  It was the most amazing site.  However, to our utter dismay, we had used up most of our film before this whale decided to put on a show, and this photo, although good, does not do justice to what we witnessed. 

A couple of summers back we went to Puerto Rico. This photo is one of my favorites.  It was taken on a wall of the fort, El Morro.

And here I am at El Morro.

Although not a vacation but a business trip, here I am on the glass floor of the CN Tower in Toronto.  You can't tell in the picture, but I'm standing on a glass floor that is over 130 stories in the air.   It took a little coaxing to get me on there.  You can see straight down, if you dare to look down.  It's the tallest building in the world.  And, no, that's not a person next to me, but a painting behind me.
